Tucked quietly within the gardens of GouldVilla, Kis Ház offers a private and intimate retreat surrounded by greenery, roses and the peaceful atmosphere of Villány wine country.Filled with natural light and overlooking the gardens, the cottage combines simplicity, warmth and comfort in a way that feels relaxed rather than formal. Soft interiors, calm colours and thoughtful details create a space designed for slower mornings, quiet afternoons and restful evenings after exploring the vineyards and cellar rows of Villány.
Inside, one of the cottage’s most distinctive features is its traditional Zsolnay tiled fireplace — a detail that quietly reflects the historic craftsmanship and atmosphere of southern Hungary.
Just outside the door, guests can wander through the gardens filled with more than sixty varieties of English and French roses alongside peonies, irises and shaded seating areas beneath the trees. Evenings often settle naturally into wine on the terrace, barbecue dinners and the calm rhythm of southern Hungary after sunset.
Although peaceful and secluded, Kis Ház remains only a short walk from Villány’s wineries, restaurants and historic cellar streets, offering the balance of privacy and connection that defines the GouldVilla experience.
